Wegmans has requested permits from two separate agencies.  Both of those agencies will be reviewing impacts on the local ecosystems.  We've already shared with people that they could submit comments to both agencies if they had any concerns or if they wanted to request a public hearing.  

There will be more information here when announcements are made, but here is the information we have right now:

DEQ will be hosting a webinar about environmental justice (this includes their process to ensure citizens are protected from projects that don't adhere to regulations).  To register, visit this link.
